Pooja Group started out as a small, privately owned family business in 1998 in Kalyan when _ and _ studied the market and realized that retailers were in dire need of a middleman that can help connect them to big manufacturers. _ conceived the idea to be that bridge and hence, Pooja Group was born. The core business of the group was the distribution of FMCG products of Hindustan Unilever Limited to small and medium-size retail outlets. But the vision of _ was to be much bigger than that. Hence his continued perseverance and humility towards the client, Pooja Group grew rapidly. What started as a small outlet in Kalyan expanded to Mumbai City, Mumbai Suburban, and various locations across Maharashtra.
